In many cases our relationship will be short term. You and I will work together on your specific blocks for about 6-10 weeks (however long it takes for you to feel the way you want to feel). 

I will help you achieve your goals and then stay in touch periodically as a mentor and a friend.

This option is for you if you just need a little push and some support. 

We connect through email before the call for as long as it takes for me to get a feel of what you need and where you are (typically, this is about 3-4 emails). 

1. We will talk for 1 hour. Options for a shorter call time are available if you can’t commit for one hour. 

2. Our relationship continues after the call. Since we connect before hand through email I have an idea of how I can help you going into the call. I will suggest some things that may help you going forward (for example: a meditation before going into teaching, email check-ins, thought logs, etc.) Email is golden. We will continue to speak and can always set up a call when you feel stuck. 

3. Move at your own pace. Schedule a call with me when you need it. Vent to me when you need it. Take a hiatus when you need it.

1 on 1 Coaching Package: This is what you will get:

1* We will talk once a week for 1 hour. If you are unavailable to make time for an hour-long session, we can break them up into half hour sessions.

Our calls are totally personal, and totally built for you. We will base our calls on my format, however, your individual needs are aways more important than my plan. We will discuss what is preventing you from being and breathing the teacher you really want to be. I will offer feedback and suggestions which are intended to help you next time you get in front of a class, or in front of your fellow teacher trainees. All of the calls are confidential. I never share your information with anyone else. And in case you want to listen to our call I can send you a recording so you can listen to what we discussed.

2* Each week, you’ll work at your pace through a homework assignment personally chosen to fit your needs for the week. Each assignment will follow what we discussed in our call. It will always consist of a write in assignment (usually just a quick email) so we can jump right into our coaching calls rather than spend time updating.

3* I am totally here for you. Support is built in to this program! I’ve been through many programs where I felt just left on my own to “figure it out.” There is nothing wrong with having support. So each week, I will hold you accountable for whatever you promised you would do. I will listen to you if you need to vent. I really want you to succeed; I understand how scary and vulnerable it is to stand in front of a room and guide. I will be available though email, emergency call in’s, support texts if necessary, and check-ins. You wanted someone to hold your hand and guide you? You got it.

4* We will make a Facebook group with 10 people. This group is intentionally kept small and intimate to encourage conversation and collaboration, as well as ensure that you get the individual attention you deserve from myself and from the group. Registration is optional.
